Bed Rest Pillow - The Start Of Great Bed Time Experience
Almost everyone enjoys reading in bed. It's a simple pleasure, but often is interrupted by misbehaving pillows and resultant backaches. Propping yourself up in bed to read or watch TV shouldn't be about a battle with your pillows. There are pillows that can be used to create a comfortable experience.

It's especially useful with a bed lounge or bed rest pillow if you need a little extra support. * Reading Pillow - This is a two part pillow that is flexible enough to provide additional support. One half - the top - is a regular pillow. The bottom half is thicker and offers more support than the top. The reading pillow can be adjusted in several ways to provide necessary support. This pillow can be used for sleeping, unlike the bed lounge or bed rest pillows.
Don't forget to use a reading light. A reading light located in back of the reader is a nice touch and helps avoid eye strain, making a reading session all that more enjoyable.
Consider using either a leg wee or lounge.
This is another way to make yourself more comfortable while, at the same time, taking stress off your lower back. A leg wedge or lounge is firmer than a pillow and will not lose its shape during your reading time.
